Our adventure ride to the Arctic!: The Three Amigos Ride Again

Terry and I previously mentioned we took a week-long ADV trip through the back-roads of Washington State from British Columbia to Oregon, properly named the Sasquatch Rally! What wasn't clear was that we did this trip with another friend of ours, Kris, who rode his trusty Suzuki DR400Z. Kris has not been mentioned on this blog because he took forever to actually pull the trigger and commit to going to the Arctic with us. Something about work, family, and several other excuses...but I digress.

MOTIVATED TO RIDE: It must have been killing Kris to view our blog and see he wasn't mentioned; because today he surprised us with a text message saying he bought a brand new 2014 Suzuki V-Strom 650 (see pics below) and will be riding North to the Arctic with us!

Way to go Kris, welcome aboard; we're happy you found the "courage" to join us! It will be nice to have the "Sport Monocle" rejoin the group...otherwise known as "Mr. Peanut" or the "Monopoly Guy!"
